Sending a message is an enquiry and does not create a confirmed order. The item, pattern, colour, measurements, price, payment arrangements and expected completion time will be agreed directly with Liliia before an order is confirmed.

Handmade items

Each item is made by hand. Small differences in stitch placement, measurements, texture and finish are part of the handmade character of the work.

Colours and photographs

Photographs and the yarn chart are provided as a guide. Colours may look different depending on the screen, lighting and yarn batch. Please confirm your chosen colour reference before ordering.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices, payment terms, delivery or collection arrangements, and any cancellation or return conditions will be explained and agreed directly before an order is accepted.
